Conditions of Resevation
Please read through the
following conditions carefully. They are part of your agreement with
"ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL".
PRICES
All prices are in US Dollar per person. (For conversions we use:
Yahoo Converter)
Meals are included as described on every specific itinerary.
ITINERARIES
ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL reserves the right to change itineraries slightly,
in the interest of the client for reasons of safety or natural barriers.

Should the client decide not to take part in parts of the itinerary, he can not claim refunds for these tours.
Should the client decide to take part in other tours than those in the itinerary, he will cover all the cost
for these tours. If the client wants the Tour Guide to take part in these additional tours, the client will
also need to cover the costs for the Tour Guide.
Tailor-made itineraries are available on request.
If the client behaves in way that strongly insults or infracts local customs or laws,
ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL reserves the right to exclude these clients without having to refund any of the payments.
INSURANCES
A full coverance travel insurance is mandatory for all our clients. This insurance must
cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses and personal liability. You
will be asked for a copy of your insurance policy on arrival at the hotel in
Lima.
Although we take all precautions, ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL can not be held
responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, loss or unpredictable delays. We can not
be held responsable for loss of enjoyment, delays or compensation resulting from circumstances
beyond our control.
We recommend a travel insurance that also covers loss of luggage and personal effects.
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION
50 % of the total cost of the tour must be transferred to guarantee your reservation. 60% if your Tour
includes national flights or the Inca Trail.
The complete bill for "whole-Peru" Tours must be settled at least 15 days
before start of the tour.
Trekking/Climbing tours in Huaraz can be settled after pick-up in Lima or Huaraz.
Cancellation will always mean a loss of at least 25% of the total cost of the tour.
In case of cancellation less than 60 dias prior to start of the tour you loose
50% of the total cost of the tour (60% if national flights or the Inka Trail are booked),
less than 10 days or "No-Show" means no refund.

OTHERS
It is the clients responsibility that he carries a valid passport and has obtained
the appropriate visas when travelling with us. Ensure that your passport is valid for at
least 6 months beyond your stay.
